In 2025, the company celebrated record-setting milestones with monthly revenues surpassing $31 million and cumulative revenues exceeding $140 million, signaling a rapid upward trajectory. inCruises stands out due to its expansive global reach, high-volume travel offerings, membership-plus-partnership business model, and impressive 2025 financial performance.
From a payment processing perspective, inCruises faced three major challenges. Firstly they are in the travel industry, where payments are considered high risk by acquirers and payment processors around the world, especially where delivery is delayed. When you add in a subscription model to this vertical, banks can take convincing to onboard this model. Then to top it all off, they were also registered in Puerto Rico which, even with its close ties to the US, has a limited number of payment solutions available.
During the start up stage, inCruises were able to manage with some of the providers in the market. However, when they came to Repayd they were expanding rapidly, not just in terms of volume being processed, but also in their international reach. Many of the existing providers were either not prepared to take on the existing risk, or did not have the capability to support inCruises' reach. Any payment solution had to also be available in all of their 200 plus markets, whilst maintaining a good acceptance rate across the board. There was also a need to securely facilitate recurring card billing across all of their membership base.

The results speak for themselves, with inCruises processing in excess of 1.5 million transactions per year, with Repayd offering an acceptance rate of over 90%. With Repayd supporting through their fraud and chargeback management, inCruises has a chargeback ratio of less than 0.1%, which is a huge success to both teams in a vertical like this!
